Ballad Consulting has an obsession with pop culture. Going to California to buy props from their favourite shows (Mad Men in particular), they styled their entire office aesthetic based on these props. It only made sense to style the photos the same way. Cropping everything in 16:9 to reference cinematic framing and styling the shots to highlight the style of the office made sure that theme shone through in the final images.
